Welcome to KyteApps. By accessing our site, downloading our software products, or contracting us for custom engineering projects, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Engagement & Custom Development

When contracting KyteApps for custom software development projects:

• Milestones: Delivery timelines and technical parameters are explicitly set in individual Statements of Work (SOW).
• Intellectual Property: Upon final milestone payment receipt, complete ownership rights of the custom application code transfer directly to the client.
• Feedback Cycles: Clients must provide timely design and functionality feedback within 5 business days of sprint reviews to avoid project schedule delays.

2. Product Subscriptions & Licenses

For our ready-made SaaS applications and white-label tools (like TableQR, AutoBotWA):

• License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and run the platforms.
• Forbidden Acts: You must not reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute our source code unless explicitly permitted under a white-label reseller agreement.
• Uptime Commitment: We target a 99.9% application availability rate, excluding scheduled server maintenance windows.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business registration info and avoid executing malicious scripts, brute force requests, or automated crawlers that overload our server networks.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KyteApps, its developers, or its executive management be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential business losses (including data loss or revenue dips) arising out of codebase deployment or system outages.
